myself and or damage to my property arising from or in connection with any
driving session. |

| I agree and undertake to abide by all rules and norms of safety and in
case of an accident of any nature whatsoever, the entities, the management,
their employees, owners, partners, joint venture partners, proprietors,
agents, servants, contractors etc. shall owe no responsibility or liability
whatsoever for any loss or injury arising out of the accident whether on
account of my failure to abide by the said rules of safety or otherwise,
and no claim of nay nature shall be maintainable against the Entities, their
management employees, owners, partners, joint venture partners agents, servants,
contractors, proprietors etc. |

beverages and /or drugs immediately before or during the driving session. |

| I hereby undertake to indemnify against all costs, expenses and charges
that the Entities my incur to rectify damage caused to the Karts, equipment,
track or third parties etc. arising out of my failure to follow instructions
and guidelines or due to my negligence/misuse. |
